REPRODUCTION:
I was able to reproduce this failure on macOS Tahoe ToT arm64 and iOS with the following:

run-webkit-tests --force --release --no-retry --iterations 1000http/tests/multipart/multipart-async-image.html

run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --child-processes=1 --force --no-retry --release -f --iterations 1000 http/tests/multipart/multipart-async-image.html

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail while this pends investigation.
