http/tests/iframe-monitor/blob-resource.html

The test consistently times out on macmini9,1 arm64 Tahoe debug. 

This issue can be bisected to 297757@main using the command: 
run-webkit-tests --no-build --no-retry --no-show-results --exit-after-n-failures=1 --expect-pass --iterations=1000 --force -f --clobber-old-results --run-singly --debug http/tests/iframe-monitor/blob-resource.html
