Created attachment 478284 [details] Repro for the issue wait, progress, zoom-in/out, move, all-scroll, cell, alias, help, and all directional cursors do not work. Example CSS rule that does not function: p { cursor: move; } WebKit 605.1.15 MacOS Version 26.2 (25C56) Attached a simple repro page that works in Chrome but not Safari.

It is an issue with Safari 26.2 but fixed in Safari 26.3 Beta (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/safari-release-notes/safari-26_3-release-notes#CSS) > Fixed an issue where CSS cursors like move, all-scroll, ew-resize, and ns-resize did not display correctly. (166731882)
