STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
I was able to reproduce this failure at IOS26.2 ToT running the test as follows: 

run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --version=26.2 --device-type="iPhone 12" --child-processes=1  --iterations 10 --force imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/semantics/forms/the-select-element/customizable-select/select-base-appearance-computed-style.html

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail.
