STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
I was able to reproduce on Tahoe Release ToT with the following:

run-webkit-test --no-retry --force --iterations 1000 --release imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/editing/other/typing-around-link-element-at-non-collapsed-selection.tentative.html

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail while this pends investigation.
