STEPS TO REPRODUCE: I was able to reproduce this failure at macOS Tahoe ToT running the test as follows: run-webkit-tests --no-retry --force --iterations 3000 http/wpt/offscreen-canvas/transferToImageBitmap-webgl.html I am going to mark expectations as pass/fail while this pends investigation.
