The MediaSample's is fully serialised for every call to AudioVideoRenderer::enqueueSample
Whenever a MediaSample is sent over IPC, it gets converted to a MediaSamplesBlock through `MediaSamplesBlock::fromMediaSample` ; a new TrackInfo object is created for each object we could re-use the previously converted one if nothing changed.
