VideoReceiverEndpointManager needs to be aware of each AVSampleBufferDisplayLayer/AVSampleBufferVideoRenderer in use and forward the VideoTarget accordingly. When an AudioVideoRendererRemote is in use, the VideoReceiverEndpointManager will need to forward the VideoTarget to it.
