fast/events/mouse-drag-from-frame-to-other-frame.html is failing on Windows. This seems to have regressed between r48882 and r48888 (no tests were run between those revisions). Of those revisions, r48884 <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/48884> seems the most likely culprit.

This was fixed in r54400. The expected failure result was removed in r54459.
