CachedCall::callWithArguments and Interpreter::tryCallWithArguments currently accept arbitrary template parameter types, but in practice all arguments must be JSValue or JSValue-convertible types. This patch introduces a JSValueConvertible concept to explicitly constrain these template parameters.
