Similar issue to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/papers/-/issues/494, but observed on Epiphany 48-49 and MiniBrowser.
To reproduce:
1. Open any website, or an online PDF file such as https://foundation.gnome.org/assets/reports/annual/2022-2023-AnnualReport-Digital-1.pdf in Epiphany.
2. In the case of a PDF file, click the print icon button in the built-in PDFjs toolbar, or hit Ctrl+P.
3. Notice that the "Current page" radiobutton in the resulting print dialog is insensitive.
For comparison: Firefox offers "All", "Current", "Odd", "Even" and "Custom" among its printing pages range.
