I just tried running 50 iterations of this API test but did not hit a timeout. Maybe the timeout happens because of some bad leftover state when run next to other tests.

If "leftover state" is the cause, repeated runs with 'TestWebKitAPI.UnifiedPDF' should surface it. Seems like Debug is more likely to reproduce, and Intel even more likely.
