The following layout tests no longer pass on macOS Tahoe due to deliberate design changes, and should be skipped. fast/forms/fixed-size-checkbox-vertically-centered.html fast/forms/fixed-size-radio-vertically-centered.html fast/forms/datalist/input-appearance-range-with-datalist-rtl.html
