Follow-up to bug #295202 to completely remove the struct member. Removing WTFLogChannel::subsystem completely also allows for some simplification of the DEFINE_LOG_CHANNEL[_WITH_DETAILS] macros and removing others like DEFINE_{PAL,WEBCORE,...}_LOG_CHANNEL in favor of DEFINE_LOG_CHANNEL.
