https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=294072 introduced a fix to automatically delete faulty local overrides that would put Web Inspector into an unrecoverable bad state. This issue tracks removing that fix once sufficient time has passed to consider it unnecessary anymore.
