* STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Watch a youtube video in a window with multiple tabs 2. Drag the tab with the youtube video out into its own window 3. Afterwards, the video is slow and stutters, and you cannot interact with it normally anymore. Caused by <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/48360>. <rdar://problem/7224378>
