* Pull https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/44006.
* Build WebKit
* Launch Minibrowser
* Turn off "Settings/Enable Accelerated Drawing"
* Open https://ccameron-chromium.github.io/hdr-jpeg/index.html
* Switch between Minibrowser and other apps and notice the display
