Can you please expound more on the actual issue? The title is not descriptive enough figure out what's happening or how to reproduce this issue.

Type 'helo', select the word and right click to be offered alternatives, select 'hello' from the context menu. 'helo' disappears but is not replaced.

Is this still a problem? Spelling support changed drastically recently.
