Some video sites like YouTube don't directly move the video element to full screen, but move a whole document to full screen and resize the video element to appear like it is full screen.
For consistency with pure full screen videos as implemented in bug 291184, these pseudo-fullscreen videos should also have their HDR unconstrained at all times.
