Sequoia WK1, Sonoma WK1, Win are passing after 291931@main. Other platforms are failing.
291931@main rebaselined the expectation. However, it's my mistake. I should be more careful.

291910@main changed popover-anchor-backdrop-transition-expected.txt to FAIL. 291931@main inadvertently reverted the change.
I think the next Safari will fail the test.
