It would be very useful to have the ability to print (or save to PDF) only the current selection from a web page. Firefox allows that in its print dialog (when you have selected a portion of the contents of the page beforehand) and it is great for cleaner articles archival purposes.
There was bug #24673 about WebKit's feature from the pre-Blink era, but WebKitGTK (judging from what's available in the print dialog in Epiphany 47-48) does not have this feature at all.

Removing [WPE] tag, given that the WPE port does not support printing.
