When running a series of tests that use a sequence of individual automation sessions, a given session might become stale due to failure to close it. For example, if a client error prevents calling the tear down code properly. Given our current approach of allowing one active session at a time, this results in subsequent requests to create new sessions to fail with the "max number of active sessions" error.
We could add a CLI flag to the WebDriver service to allow replacing the existing session when requested to create a new one.
