When testing WPE 2.46 on an embedded board with WEBKIT_GST_QUIRKS=broadcom,westeros, without FFmpeg/gst-libav installed, and when using libwebrtc as the WebRTC backend, the SDP doesn't list H.264 as supported for receiving, despite there being a hardware decoder available.
This downstream patch fixes it: https://github.com/WebPlatformForEmbedded/WPEWebKit/commit/d7a7509280358127a6ac75d9ba2242aa9b88150e
