This is the companion issue to work once we can remove the quirk added
for weather.com

Steps To Reproduce:
0. With Safari on macOS
1. Go to weather.com
2. Click on temperature and Country menu and drop-down appear
3. To dismiss drop-down click somewhere else (below drop-down)
Results:
It is not getting dismissed (used Trackpad and mouse both), it is getting dismissed in Chrome Canary 131.
To test if we can remove it, make sure to disable Site Specific Quirks.
