For some reason, this got fixed via newly filed bug 282447. But also, this wasn't quite fixed. The tests used to pass 100%, then fail 100%, but after the fix they still time out very frequently.

Alexey, I had overlooked the original bugzilla. Having said that, it seems like we have some test development left to do since we're still timing out (not 100%, but definitely a non-trivial amount)
