The video-rvfc/* tests in web-platform-tests will occasionally flake in such a way that nearly all tests fail. This is because each test attempts to play an unmuted, audible video element as part of the test. This affects Safari, but will cause these tests to fail for any user who has configured their browser to block audible autoplaying of media elements.
