This is the same bug as reported time ago here:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24002
However, now in the webkit gtk widget, the bug is fixed. I tried both in midori 0.1.9 and libwebkit 1.1.12. I also tried to make a simple gtk+ application embedding webkit and the bug seems to be fixed.
The bug is still present in libqt4-webkit 4.5.2. I also built the latest source (r46770) and run the test application WebKitTools/Scripts/run-launcher and the bug is still there.
