Created attachment 34189 [details] reduced testcase I Steps: Go to http://thedlpgroup.com/index.htm II Issue: background image not loading III Conclusion: width and height defined in percentage of image tag which is defined in <table><div> elements is causing this issue. Removing the percentage values work fine. Note: quirks mode doesn't work in IE either. This bug is not seen in the latest revision ? Has anyone given the fix for this? Kinly update the patch number here
