Created attachment 472633 [details] Screenshot of the same notifications on Android (with badge icon) and iOS (no badge icon) MDN lists the Notifications API's `badge` option as supported in iOS Safari 16.4 but the badge icon is never shown. (Does iOS even support 'badge' icons?) I used Peter Beverloo's excellent Notification Generator and some additional local testing to confirm my findings: https://tests.peter.sh/notification-generator/ MDN compat table: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notifications_API#browser_compatibility MDN `badge`: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notification/badge Screenshot of the same notifications on Android (with badge icon) and iOS (no badge icon) attached.
