Notifications API: support for the `badge` option

MDN lists the Notifications API's `badge` option as supported in iOS Safari 16.4 but the badge icon is never shown. 

(Does iOS even support 'badge' icons?)

I used Peter Beverloo's excellent Notification Generator and some additional local testing to confirm my findings:
