Created attachment 472536 [details] Example html When using a web component with Shadow DOM and form association in a form, Safari's password autofill feature does not function as expected. This issue occurs when the form contains input fields for email and password, followed directly by a custom web component with form association. A workaround for this issue is to add an <input type="hidden"> element between the input fields and the custom web component. Use the attached example code to reproduce this behavior.

Hello! I took a look at this, and I think it's resolved in Safari 18.0. I noticed you reported this against Safari 17. Can you try to reproduce on Safari 18.0 and report back on your findings?
