The following `::target-text` tests are failing due to lack of an implementation of this behavior: imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-pseudo/target-text-004.html imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-pseudo/target-text-005.html imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-pseudo/target-text-009.html + other failures in css/css-pseudo/ for the other highlight pseudo-elements.
