Created attachment 472098 [details] GST Log file When playing an online video with WebKitGTK, the video progress bar does not work properly. The video may stop if you try to change the playback point, or it may play the video in an accelerated manner until the end. This does not only happen with YouTube, but with any other online media player. To reproduce the issue, simply open YouTube (or any other online media player) and "play" a bit with the video progress bar.

Please share the webkit://gpu output and a screencast showcasing the issue, as already asked on the GStreamer forum.

Created attachment 472390 [details] New update The issue still persists although it seems to be less frequent; in fact I could only reproduce it after several attempts and by increasing the frequency with which I changed position on the progress bar. I don't know if this can be considered an improvement, but the issue, at least in part, still persists. Epiphany 46.3 WebKitGTK 2.44.3 GStreamer 1.24.7
