Following an approach similar to what we did in bug 276127 with the motionmark1.3-15fps plan for low-end devices we would like to have a version of MotionMark that skips the auto-detection of the device frame-rate but this time it runs with 60FPS, so we can use this to track performance regressions on more high end devices like desktop machines.
