Inspector unable to show the first line

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the JavaScript REPL of some page and paste the following JavaScript as some sort of code you like to run,

```
console.log(1);
console.log(2);
console.log(3);
console.log(4);
console.log(5);
console.log(6);
```

2. Don't excuse it yet, just try to edit the first line

Actual:
The first line is out of reach for editing, see the attachment

Expected:
To be able to reach to the first line

This is also mentioned here https://front-end.social/@[e-mail]/112763589008243005 as an answer to Jen Simmons, seeing the issue I had for sometime reported by someone else, which I remember it used to work and is a regressio motivated me to file a bug here.
