Created attachment 471728 [details] Recording demonstrating the bug with Google as search engine When opening Safari (versions 17.4-17.5 but possibly also 17.3) and searching something up as the first website loaded upon opening, reloading before the webpage loads causes the search bar to become blank, when it should just restart loading. This happens on all search engines, although with Google the search is perpetually loading at 10-20%. This bug also inly occurs a few seconds after Safari starts up. I have only encountered this bug on macOS Ventura 13.6.6-13.6.7.

@Reporter - can you raise 'Feedback Assistant' report and attach sysdiagnose reports? Because if it is on Safari level, 'Feedback Assistant' would be appropriate place for such bug reports and with sysdiagnose, it would be better to diagnose this issue. :-) https://feedbackassistant.apple.com & https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/#feedback-assistant
