Abrar Rahman Protyasha
Based on the WebKitGTK dependency policy [1], support for Debian Bullseye ended on 6/10/24. This means that we can bump the GCC requirement to 11.2.0, which is the default GCC version for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, which we plan to support till 4/25/25.
This version bump will allow us to start building the WebKit with the C++23 standard.
