When investigating https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275221, I've realized that RenderBlockFlow::width might return different values on first load and refresh for https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40176338. This will lead to inconsistent TextAutoSizing calculations.
