Can could we make import-w3c-tests match on "web-platform-test", "wpt", or the directory it is being pointed to as the source?
Matching on wpt would match people's regular checkout of "wpt" (as that's what the repo is called).
If neither "web-platform-test", "wpt" are matched, then it should just use the current directory, because the user might be in the wpt directory already.
