fonts/font-fallback-prefers-pictographs.html is a flakey failure on macOS WebKitLegacy on Apple Silicon. This is actually the bug which caused https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273212.

The test is now skipped.
This looks like a harness issue, as the actual result is not getting produced. Strangely, it's completely quiet, there is nothing about the problem in the debug log.
