[WebGPU] https://huggingface.co/spaces/Xenova/remove-background-webgpu takes much longer in WebKit than Chrome Using a 7499 x 5625 image, Chrome takes 130ms and MiniBrowser takes 13803ms, which is quite a significant difference

The sample image from that site is ~110ms in Chrome, 1345ms on an M1 MBP, and 4771ms on an M2 Mac Studio

I just tried with a large screenshot. * STP 192 10481 ms * Firefox (model doesn't finish loading. it never switches to ready) * Chrome 182 ms Safari Technology Preview 17.4 19619.1.8.1 Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 12724.4.15 Google Chrome Canary 126.0.6424.0 6424.0
