Created attachment 470864 [details] See the bold lettering and search bar for macOS Currently on macOS there is a search bar for feature flags. With iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS there is no way to search. Users have to scroll, which can make it very easy to miss flags. Also on macOS; When a flag is changed from anything other than the system default, the flag is bolded. This helps developers know which flags they have changed from system default.

Thank you for reporting! The presentation of feature flags in Safari is not controlled by WebKit, so it's not something we can discuss in the WebKit open source project. But I will pass it on to the relevant team.
