2. Hover mouse pointer over video thumbnails
3. Scroll
4. Scrolling becomes stuttery
However, this doesn't happen if the pointer is moved to the side (not over thumbnails). I suspect this might be because hovering over thumbnails make the video previews play, and that causes slowdowns somehow.
