Rendering of the header appears to be squashed on Safari. Firefox and Chrome seem to render correctly

Created attachment 470362 [details] Testcase Attaching reduced test case. Note that you can also remove the widths from the style of the images and it will still result in a different rendering from Firefox/Chrome, but I am leaving them in for now to resolve the bug. When we fix the bug in this testcase we should check to see if it also resolves the rendering when the widths are removed from the styling or if it still appears to be incorrect. It might be good to follow up in a seaparate bugzilla rather than this one if the latter occurs.

Unfortunately it seems like the current PR (draft) fixes the reduced test case but not the bug on the site :/ so will need more investigating and probably another reduction
