Hi Team,

I couldn't find any spec document except one MSEdge Explainer doc which is no shape or form anything like web-spec.

Similarly, Blink also had this issue closed: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/41046208

So I am just going to do PR to delete those bits.

This was proposed in Bug 82801 but closed as WONTFIX
I wonder how it went into the code.

Ahmad, at least it gives context to understand that the first commit of this, was just a comment without any development ever made for it.
