The attached testcase shows a bug where we don't fully repaint when overflow is toggled from 'scroll' to 'visible', when both the overflow div and its contents are position: relative.

I am not able to reproduce this bug using Safari Technology Preview 160 and also it render same across Chrome Canary 110 and Firefox Nightly 110. I am marking this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED", please reopen if this is still reproducible and I am testing it wrong.
