Chrome and Firefox have started persisting session cookies across browser resets (when their restore session preferences are enabled). WebKit currently discards all session cookies when the browser exits. I think Epiphany should persist the session cookies; some websites do not save logins in persistent cookies, which makes it much more convenient to use these websites in Firefox and Chrome because you don't have to log in again and again and again every time the browser is closed.
We should probably allow browsers to configure this somehow. And that's going to likely require changes in SoupCookieJar.
