Also submitted as rdar://7015319 Summary: Element Inspector blue highlight rectangle remains visible across tabs other than the one it belongs to. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Safari 3. Open a new tab 2. Open a webpage in new tab 3. Enable Develop menu 4. Right click an element 5. Notice blue highlight square 6. Switch back to first tab and see that blue highlight is still there Expected Results: Blue highlight should only be visible on the tab is belongs to. Actual Results: Blue highlight rectangle remains visible across all tabs, including those other than the one it belongs to. Regression: Has been like this since Element Inspector was introduced Notes: I am running Safari 4 Snow Leopard Dev Preview version 4.0 (6531.0) but this also happens in Leopard.
