Hi Team,
I noted that following tests are now on WPT, so we should delete them from local folder.
Total file clean-up leads to 243 (Which are exactly same).
Then I can later once big clean-up, look into which were previously on WPT but later renamed or deleted, so we can do another layer of clean-up.
Aim:
1) Rely on WPT tests
2) Remove duplicate tests to speed-up EWS runs
3) Update remaining to use 'testharness' (if can be done from Blink / Chromium) and also reduce any flakiness in them.
