When an element is inside a <fieldset> and uses border-image, Safari on iOS stretches parts of the border inside the element. See the codepen for an example: https://codepen.io/wessouza/pen/JjxBvNe?editors=1100 Attached a screenshot and a side-by-side comparison. This is more prominent when using SVGs.
