With Epiphany 45.0 on Fedora 39 with open source AMD graphics on the Wayland GNOME 45, session, or simply using:
/usr/libexec/webkitgtk-6.0/MiniBrowser https://vimeo.com/857675398
...if you start playing back that 16:9 Vimeo video on a 21:9 (ultrawide) 2560x1080 display, and fullscreen it, you will be able to see that it fills the display's width by cropping the top and bottom of the video, instead of letterboxing it on the sides to fit the fullscreened video height to the screen height.
This does not happen with Firefox, and does not happen on YouTube... apparently only Vimeo on WebKitGTK.

Probably bug #263822?
